Memorial at the Rock of Courage at Sturt Reserve for a vigil to those who have suffered at the hands of perpetrators of Domestic Vio-lence. Unfortunately, in this state 14 women have died due to domestic Violence. 14 candles were placed on the Rock of Courage and roses were put in the River to remember those who have suffered. Stephen Polaris has the belief the process & the legal system needs to change. Crimes of violence and robbery have an 80% success rate of conviction but Domestic Violence and sexual assault around 8% conviction rate. Question is WHY.
