Last night was a night of celebration, acknowledgement and fellowship as we came together to reflect on the past year of 2025/26 under the leadership of President Ann Marie Kuchel at the Murray Bridge RSL Club, in the company of family, friends, invited guest and members / partners from not only our Club, but other Clubs around the district
MC for the night was PP Adrian Pergallini.
President Ann Marie gave her President's report outlining a year of successful projects, fundraising and social events, money donated to many community organizations and individuals. Ann Marie then went on to thank a few people for making her Presidential year flow with ease.
Much to her surprise, President Ann Marie was then awarded a Paul Harris Fellow for her commitment to Rotary and putting Service above Self in a busy and challenging year. Family and close friends were there to witness the occasion
Joy Burgess was also presented with a Paul Harris double sapphire for her personal contributions towards the Rotary Foundation
Adrian Pergallini and Barry Stacey were presented with years of service awards - 25 and 40 respectively
The night continued with the President's collar being presented to the 2026-27 joint Presidents of the Rotary Club of Mobilong, PP Ann Marie Kuchel and PP Bronwyn Heard.
The 2026/27 Board was also presented and a group photo of all Paul Harris Fellow holders in the room
A great night of fellowship was had as we looked back on the past year and begin looking forward to the coming year.
